Making your handmade business profitable in just one year

When you least expected it I wrote a new blog post. It’s for all small businesses starting out there, to give you an insight into my strategy. It’s called “Profitable handmade business in just one year” and it covers steps I took for it to support me completely just a year in. You can find it at www.kaliko.co/blog (writing) and I hope it’ll help at least one person - or more - to make smart decisions while growing their business.

Being a maker full time and having a brand as a side hustle are two very different things. I needed a year to realize that and put the learnings into actions, but it’s been a great year indeed.

Let me know how you liked it, forgive all the typos (at least I double checked the dates now ;) and share about your experiences. I’m really looking forward to this conversation!

On a side note - all bags from last update sold out within 2h but there will be more next week, so keep your eyes peeled.
