Dyeing with madder - dye kitchen notes for extracting colors from plants
My dye kitchen the other day - not today, today nothing worked well and so I just gave up and went home. Extracting dyes from plants and dyeing fabrics after a recipe is not fail proof, you see. Sometimes, no matter how well tested before, things don’t turn out how they should. Exactly what happened with the dinner tonight. I cooked it hundreds of times before, but tonight it just didn’t taste the same. There’s one solution to it: start fresh tomorrow.
